Sherman’s Cleaning Service B.V. (hereinafter: SCLS) respects your privacy. This privacy statement explains which personal data we process via scls.nl, why we do so and what rights you have.

What data do we process?
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you enter yourself:
- name
- company name
- email address
- phone number (optional)
- chosen service, estimated number of containers per week and preferred start date (optional)
- your message (optional)
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you share with us.
Why do we process this data?
We only use your data to respond to your request, contact you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal or quotation. The legal basis for this is your consent and taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement.
We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing without your consent.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than two years after the last contact. Data we are legally required to keep, such as our accounting records, is kept for as long as the law requires.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary to provide our services or we are legally required to do so. Our website and email are hosted by an external hosting provider. We make agreements with parties that process data on our behalf to protect your data.
Cookies
Our website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work properly, for example to remember your language choice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website uses a secure connection (https).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted or withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@scls.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
Do you have a complaint about how we handle your data? Please contact us first. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
